Track number two is slower than number one, but there is something relaxing and yet tense here. I've always been more at home with darker sounds. This is just part of me having had it rough: I just capture what I feel and put it into music format most of the time. This is how I work, I can't do it "empty". Then, it loses all forms of art.
The Tension keeps... well, the tension with that creepy female vocal hook all throughout the track, joined by a stab.
Can you feel the tension slowly rising? It is getting closer, and closer, and closer. It grabs you from behind, embraces you, and then strikes. And there is nothing to ease this tension. It is staying with you.
And that phasered and flanging arpeggiated lead just knocks the subject even more home. It doesn't sound 130 bpm, and yet it is. It's not that dark, while it does reach deeper.
